-Management are either bullies or lazy & incompetent, there's no inbetween. -HR are only interested in protecting the company's interest and their managers, never the staff. They are almost impossible to contact without having to ask someone for their details. -Theft from managers is swept under the rug and you are penalised for reporting it, theft from staff will see them fired on the spot. -Toxicity is promoted including bullying, hazing, racism and sexism, all considered OK
