Cons
Pay, respect, appreciation, schedule. You are nothing but a number to upper middle management. No pay raises for management but every 3 years even though it’s part of your budget. They give hourly employees yearly raises. Commission?? What’s that? They do everything they can to avoid paying it. PWI employees are treated like gold but store employees have no value to them. Christmas bonuses are a joke for store employees but nice for PWI. They push this we are all part of the same team idea, but that’s a lie. No chances of promotions due to upper middle management. They want to promote their lake and beach buddies. You are just a number no matter what you do for this company.
