      Measly flight benefits. Getting to call yourself a “flight attendant” to friends and family who don’t know the difference between regional and Mainline (they don’t consider you one, and they’ll openly show it)

      Cons

      Toxic work environments, rampant alcoholism, pilots all try to scam you into helping them cheat cause their wives are gullible and horrid

      Pros

      Travel benefits on American, United, Delta, jumpseat agreements with other carriers and ID travel on most other airlines including international carriers. Great starting experience and introduction to working in aviation.

      Cons

      Will hire just about anyone, were hiring by video interviews alone at one time, so quality of people varied. Notorious for base closures, got displaced at least 5 times due to base closures. All bases in Midwest and northeast. In the past most bases were in outstations and noncommutable. Low pay.
