      Travel Benefits PTO and Holiday time off is reasonable Health insurance is good coverage, but comes at a premium cost. My management is fair

      Pay is less than what I would consider reasonable for a company of this size. No room or clear path for growth within the company Seems that only certain types of persons move up in the company.

      Pros

      Travel benefits on American, United, Delta, jumpseat agreements with other carriers and ID travel on most other airlines including international carriers. Great starting experience and introduction to working in aviation.

      Cons

      Will hire just about anyone, were hiring by video interviews alone at one time, so quality of people varied. Notorious for base closures, got displaced at least 5 times due to base closures. All bases in Midwest and northeast. In the past most bases were in outstations and noncommutable. Low pay.
