Pros
Great for getting your foot in the the industry. Great for getting used to flight attendant lifestyle! Not good for anything else.
Cons
Low pay! Horrible contract, crew scheduling is awful. They burn out all of the reserves so you never want to work on your off days. Crew scheduling does not care about nor the higher ups in the company. You are just a number and simply replaceable. All they care about it having a body on the plane so it can take off. Supervisors are not helpful and never have answers to questions or respond to you. The company is going downhill.
