Corporate does not care much about the individual. Especially the flight attendant. They are expendable, so caveat employee. 90 % of the crewmembers are miserable, the company acts as if they are trying to change this, but it's questionable if they are. Corporate rarely knows the value of the individual because they basically never fly with them.
