Pros
-travel benefits on three codeshares -pretty flexible month to month schedule, even if new -nice and helpful coworkers -bases are usually easily commutable -fairly easy to get a base you want if you’re willing to wait a bit
Cons
-training wasn’t great. -company treats you as a number, not as a person. -crew scheduling sometimes doesn’t know how to read lists of available crew and will schedule you out more than you should be. -pay isn’t great. You’ll get paid almost double at a mainline doing the exact same thing. - seems like no one is on the same page when it comes to running the codeshares management-wise
