Pros
As a pilot, the flight crews (both pilots and FAs) are outstanding.
Cons
Where to start... First of all Republic does not care about people, employees and customers alike. Management cares about one thing - money. Second, they don't pay competitively for any position (unless it's a 3 letter title like CEO, CFO, etc). Finally, as a result of the above they are not able to recruit enough pilots to keep the airline going. It's starting to shrink as flights cancel each day due to lack of pilots. Republic's days are numbered.
