      Flight benefits- I guess, being able to use a computer.

      Cons

      Work environment - employee moral, disparity in pay depending on your color. Nepotism is an all time high. If you drink and sleep around - you'll last forever

      Typical depressing work environment. Right on par with classic corporate America. High expectations with normal midwest pay.
