I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of departments and work groups at my time at Republic Airways. The biggest reason I still work here are all of the wonderful people that work at Republic Airways. The majority of the people I've met really enjoy their jobs and the teams they work on and make coming to work an enjoyable experience. Also since Republic is a smaller company there are a lot of opportunities for growth in your career compared to other airlines. Republic is also investing a lot into the company by building a brand new training facility and headquarters.
