Easy to show up unprepared if coming straight from cessna flying in rural areas. Scheduled procedures validation exam back to back with oral exam, washed out for prioritizing oral exam over memorizing flows. They sent me home for a month where i studied every day and was really disappointed when they called me 4 weeks later to let me go. I sent multiple emails to the training department and my manager and emails were answered 3-5 weeks later. When I asked about this during my exit interview, I was told that my boss and the training department was too busy to reply to emails from their employees.
