Regional Airline - Director Republic Airways Employee Review

As a regional airline, Republic is very strong but remains entirely dependent as a vendor-carrier to major airlines. There is limited employee flexibility and benefits, depending on your objectives. From an on-boarding or new-hire perspective - with this carrier, and as with all airlines, it is important to remember that free (standby) flight travel is a privilege, not a guaranteed benefit. Standby travel is too often used as a hiring attractor but is getting more and more difficult in the airline industry - especially for regionals, and does not factor as part of compensation.
