      Pros

      Flight benefits with Delta and American Airlines are excellent, but the company culture is poor, pay is inadequate, and healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      The performance review program is highly flawed for several reasons. The same positions are posted monthly, but only select individuals are chosen. The HR department is unhelpful, so it's wise to prepare for either finding a new job or facing termination. Operations are poorly managed, with a culture of playing manipulative games against individuals they envy.

      Typical depressing work environment. Right on par with classic corporate America. High expectations with normal midwest pay.
