Pros

The Embraer E170-175 planes are really nice, 76 passengers max, 2 flight attendants, feels like a family , nice layovers, they offer part time called GLT (not easy to get lately) but you can join a waiting list , plus you get flight benefits with the big 3, Delta,United and American which makes non revving easier

Cons

like any other airline you need to work a lot to make hours (you don't get paid during boarding and the duty time vs credit is not what you expect at the beginning , like 14 hours duty for probably 5 hour credit , reserve time can be really hard but regionals are easier to get seniority and holding a line faster than mainline making your life a little bit easier
