I truely hated it here - Pilot, First Officer Republic Airways Employee Review

They work you to an extreme. I worked there for about a year and had multiple months where they had to pull me off trips due to the 100 block hour limit in a month. The trips are horrible. The hotels they put you in are horrible. The company is mixed. The skill level is mixed... but this goes for any regional airline. As far as regionals go, it worked for me at the time (prior to the contract). Would I do it now? Hell no. Get in, get the hours and move on. 3 stars because I'm grateful for the start it gave me, but regional life is truly horrendous.
