Outstanding local employees with incredible work ethic and integrity. Solid compensation and benefit packages. Republic has a defined vision for improvement and change. Very challenging work environment but absolutely rewarding.
Cons
Budget goals are closer to unrealistic than challenging. The reality of what a market can support is not given equal weight to what the annual expectations for improvement are. Support is a word thrown around but rarely effectively executed.

We used to have to come in every morning and stay in the office for at least an hour, then go out into the field, come back at least an hour before 5pm and stay in the office. They changed it so we only have to come in in the morning and it's so much nicer.
Cons
I really didn't get along with the sales manager. On my first day, the manager who hired me announced he was leaving. About two weeks into my employment, the new sales manager wanted to make crazy changes to show his authority. It went downhill from there. He made major cutbacks and the things he kept where supposed to be thought of as gifts, such as bottled water.
