Pros
They did have some really good benefits as far as medical and also a great 401k package. Training was subpar as the real learning experience happened on the floor. Computer systems are great when they are working. Plenty of room to advance.
Cons
There is very little consistency across the entire company as there are so many levels between the top and the bottom causing communication to lack. Supervisors are not trained to properly lead their teams or some literally do not care. There are constant changes that were being made which affecting my work life balances. The stress we were all put under is indescribable and because of this, I will probably never work at a call center again. The pay does not match up with the responsibilities of this position. This position is pretty much a supervisor role without the title. This company also sets certain expectations but fails miserably to uphold those expectations.
