Pros

The position is flexible, work from anywhere.

Cons

Workload unreasonable, way too many clients per person. The only time you get calls are when something is wrong, and you get calls all morning, all day, and all night. There are serious issues with this company in the way their pricing structures are set up. Constantly overcharging clients and asking the Account Manager to hold them to a contract when they've been way overpaying. This is a very stressful job with not a lot of upside.

Pros

We used to have to come in every morning and stay in the office for at least an hour, then go out into the field, come back at least an hour before 5pm and stay in the office. They changed it so we only have to come in in the morning and it's so much nicer.

Cons

I really didn't get along with the sales manager. On my first day, the manager who hired me announced he was leaving. About two weeks into my employment, the new sales manager wanted to make crazy changes to show his authority. It went downhill from there. He made major cutbacks and the things he kept where supposed to be thought of as gifts, such as bottled water.
