Pros

Decent hours, only working Monday through Friday, no weekends unless you choose to work on Saturday, pay is also decent

Cons

Hardly ever see a raise... some agents have been working here for 5+ years and are still only cents away from starting pay... management DOES NOT care about you, they make expect you to meet certain metrics and be perfect but when you need assistance with anything, they are nowhere to be found... there's a few good ones and I do mean a few... and they seem to favor agents they've worked with before

Pros

We used to have to come in every morning and stay in the office for at least an hour, then go out into the field, come back at least an hour before 5pm and stay in the office. They changed it so we only have to come in in the morning and it's so much nicer.

Cons

I really didn't get along with the sales manager. On my first day, the manager who hired me announced he was leaving. About two weeks into my employment, the new sales manager wanted to make crazy changes to show his authority. It went downhill from there. He made major cutbacks and the things he kept where supposed to be thought of as gifts, such as bottled water.
