Pros

-Great Pay -Point System -Front Load Flex Pay/Vacation Pay -Holiday Pay -Christmas Bonus Each year -Weekly Pay -Great Benefits

Cons

-Most positions require sales experience within the company for at least 6 months, before moving to another position and they do not always list that on the job applications. -Hospitalization/Sickness will not be excused. You will accrue a point if you do not have vacation time. -You have to follow a script, which could be misleading when taking ownership because you're the middle man, which could create a spike in calls -You no longer have to set preferences for alerts each time, but you do have to scroll through the many cases to find out if it was recently set before handling the customer -Even if the customer tells you they no longer want anything else to get off the call, you still have to ask them if they need anything else. -You're required to check back with the customer every two minutes when they're being disrespectful to you when they've made it personal and not about business anymore while transferring to a supervisor. -Most posted positions are supervisor desk positions, which makes it harder and longer to apply for what you want (keep in mind you may need 6 months of sales experience within the company that may not be on the application) -Your scores in all aspects/fields are posted daily for all to see -If you receive an error by following your supervisor/team lead protocol and they were mistaken, it will still be on your record for that whole month -If your supervisor/team lead schedules a last-minute meeting and it goes into your lunch/break time, they will not fix it and it will put you out of adherence.

Pros

Great place to work at.

Cons

Not many cons I could think of besides the work hours.

Pros

The pay is competitive, especially with overtime opportunities, and there is strong potential to earn a solid income for employees willing to work hard. The job also provides steady work and consistent hours, which can be valuable for drivers looking for financial stability.

Cons

The work/life balance for roll-off drivers can be difficult, particularly when working weekends. Drivers are often scheduled in a way that keeps hours under 60 while still requiring Saturday work, rather than being given an additional recovery day during the week. With the level of physical labor involved, one day off is often not enough to properly recover. There is also a heavy emphasis on “swinging” containers. While swings can make sense when locations are far apart, many are scheduled for stops that are very close together and provide little operational benefit. Swings add significantly more physical labor for drivers and, in some cases, can actually take longer than traditional service methods. Over time, consistently working 55–60 hour weeks under these conditions can lead to fatigue and burnout.
