-Most positions require sales experience within the company for at least 6 months, before moving to another position and they do not always list that on the job applications.
-Hospitalization/Sickness will not be excused. You will accrue a point if you do not have vacation time.
-You have to follow a script, which could be misleading when taking ownership because you're the middle man, which could create a spike in calls
-You no longer have to set preferences for alerts each time, but you do have to scroll through the many cases to find out if it was recently set before handling the customer
-Even if the customer tells you they no longer want anything else to get off the call, you still have to ask them if they need anything else.
-You're required to check back with the customer every two minutes when they're being disrespectful to you when they've made it personal and not about business anymore while transferring to a supervisor.
-Most posted positions are supervisor desk positions, which makes it harder and longer to apply for what you want (keep in mind you may need 6 months of sales experience within the company that may not be on the application)
-Your scores in all aspects/fields are posted daily for all to see
-If you receive an error by following your supervisor/team lead protocol and they were mistaken, it will still be on your record for that whole month
-If your supervisor/team lead schedules a last-minute meeting and it goes into your lunch/break time, they will not fix it and it will put you out of adherence.
