Pros
Teamwork. I can always rely on my coworkers - management not so much. And that’s about it. I’m interviewing for new jobs at other area hospitals to get away from this place.
Cons
Management is very vindictive and retaliatory. Don’t expect help from management on the floor when you’re short staffed - which is all the time. Pay is low compared to other hospitals. I can’t remember the last time any member of management told myself or my coworkers a compliment or said we were doing a good job. It’s always negative and threats of write ups on what we are doing wrong.
