We are a very busy lab dealing with complex testing. We have a great team, everyone is competent and well trained. Everyone works hard and pitches in to get the job done.

Cons

Nursing often doesn't understand lab requirements and some do not seem to care.

Fulfilling job treating some of the sickest patients in the city, fantastic coworkers, great department leadership/management, state-of-the-art/brand new x-ray equipment, complicated/interesting cases with extremely intelligent doctors

Cons

Work-Life balance, corporate hospital = poor upper-level management/C-suite leadership, lower hourly pay compared to all other area hospitals
