Pros

Interesting place to work with high acuity patients. My co-workers. Excellent daycare on site open M-F 0630-1945.

Cons

Lack of education funds. Pitiful health insurance offerings. Nurses Union that does nothing but pocket money from hard working employees. Large employee turnover on Tele floors effects many outside the dept as well as patients.

Fulfilling job treating some of the sickest patients in the city, fantastic coworkers, great department leadership/management, state-of-the-art/brand new x-ray equipment, complicated/interesting cases with extremely intelligent doctors

Cons

Work-Life balance, corporate hospital = poor upper-level management/C-suite leadership, lower hourly pay compared to all other area hospitals
