Constantly learning, lots of ways to learn and grow. Great coworkers. Benefits are ok, could be better.

Cons

STAFFING is awful. Staff turnover due to staffing issues, management does not know how or is not willing to fix it. Sketchy part of town.

Fulfilling job treating some of the sickest patients in the city, fantastic coworkers, great department leadership/management, state-of-the-art/brand new x-ray equipment, complicated/interesting cases with extremely intelligent doctors

Cons

Work-Life balance, corporate hospital = poor upper-level management/C-suite leadership, lower hourly pay compared to all other area hospitals
