Great learning experience, great teamwork, previous leadership with Jackie DeSouza was great.

Cons

New leadership is not supportive. They go around the managers and lead staff to believe they care but don’t make changes. Good benefits but low pay.

Fulfilling job treating some of the sickest patients in the city, fantastic coworkers, great department leadership/management, state-of-the-art/brand new x-ray equipment, complicated/interesting cases with extremely intelligent doctors

Cons

Work-Life balance, corporate hospital = poor upper-level management/C-suite leadership, lower hourly pay compared to all other area hospitals
