The people and our patients are the best! LOVE our community!

Cons

Worst benefits of any hospital I've ever worked in. HR only works on behalf of the hospital and against the employee. Employees are overworked and grossly underpaid. The hospital utilizes a DOS computer system from the '80's!!! I'm shocked they haven't had all their 'secure' patient information stolen, or maybe they have. Management on all levels is a JOKE! Bunch of two-faced liars. Never in my life have I been looked in the eyes and straight-up lied to more times than here. And from the very beginning. People, this place is a HOT MESS!

Fulfilling job treating some of the sickest patients in the city, fantastic coworkers, great department leadership/management, state-of-the-art/brand new x-ray equipment, complicated/interesting cases with extremely intelligent doctors

Cons

Work-Life balance, corporate hospital = poor upper-level management/C-suite leadership, lower hourly pay compared to all other area hospitals
