Pros
Mostly laid back and easy job, the staff are like family once you get settled in. I miss the people and the job. The place runs itself like a well oiled machine (thanks to the superb management there.) The caveat is this may not be the case with every Residence Inn.
Cons
Like any entry level hospitality job the pay is always never enough, especially in the high cost-of-living area of Concord, NH.
