Friendly colleagues, flexible work schedule and pay is above the living minimum wage for all colleagues, of all age ranges Career possibilities through management Can get staff discounted rates at other Marriott's from day 1

Cons

No holiday pay or sick leave pay, as this is inclusive of wage (for casual contract) No pension either on Casual contract, though these tend to be directed at students or those that want a part-time flexible hours job.
