Business clients great to work with and be of service coworkers were fun and enthusiastic Diverse environment Great learning experience Small business less employees, Multi-department training (housekeeping, front desk, security, sales, etc)
Cons
Low pay Under staff Management is always changing Inconsistent processes & procedures Overwork (time off was difficult to obtain, you had to be available at all times of day) Lack of structure & organization (due to inconsistent management)
