Pros
I look forward to coming to work! I started when this was such a new company and it has grown so much to amazing levels. Everyone here is willing to help than anywhere I have ever worked before. I can't imagine working anywhere else and there is no company that could afford to lure me away. WE are all treated fairly and the leadership really cares about you as a person. The work that I do is so fulfilling and rewarding. Working from home allows me to have a great work balance as well. This is a contagious place to work and I absolutely LOVE MY JOB!! I honestly do!

We don't get to see each other enough or even meet the ones we haven't met because we work remotely.
