Pros

It's remote, that's the only pro.

Cons

Honestly, it's all talk and no walk. They want to appear as having a great culture but it is so far from the truth. I was called out and humiliated in front of my coworkers multiple times for things that I never even did that no one approached me about before hand. I still have screenshots of that and the more time I spend away from the situation the more clearly I see how awful it was. Management is very clickey, it's like working for a bunch of high schoolers. If you are in thier good graces then it's a wonderful job but if you make a mistake then you might as well just go ahead and leave because they will make your life a living hell. This was the most toxic, hostile work environment I have ever experienced and it pushed me to an edge that I never would have imagined. They will gaslight you to no end and manipulate you into oblivion. And that's not even including the lies they push you to tell customers about order delays. DO NOT accept a job from this company, you will regret it. All of the good reviews come from newer employees that haven't been there long enough to learn the truth yet. That's another thing, they ask employees to review them here but they ONLY ask those that are newer and have been doted on by management to make themselves look better.

Pros

- great benefits - great company culture - fully remote - lots of opportunity to grow and develop key skills (data analysis, data visualization)

Cons

- no solid systems or processes for supply chain - too many sources of truth, no good erp that everyone uses - silos within the supply chain org -- too much butting heads over decisions - management is not willing to help or provide resources if you are struggling - management is rude and not supportive when struggling and after you've conveyed that to them
