Cons
1. They are idiots 2. Continue to sell items that are not in stock. 3. No communication with employees or customers. Employees don't know anything as they are not told anything. Oh, something is out of stock and we are still selling it. The customer wants an eta - it will ship in- No one knows. Make something up. Make the customer more upset. Then make sure you get a 5-star review or we will chat about it and tell you what you should have done which is lie better. 4. Customers are upset with what we told them. Reach out to a lead who will tell you to tell them what you already told the customer. 5. Leads and Smes and everyone above seem pointless. There are multiple Weekly QA scores. The lead meets with you to go over these despite the information already being available to you. If you get a 1-star review they will make up BS crap that you should have done to get 5 stars. 6. lack of everything. Out-of-date knowledge base. New info not being shared with agents.
