Pros

Working at Resideo has been a great experience! The company values innovation, teamwork and leadership is supportive/open to new ideas which makes it easy to feel heard and appreciated. Every single person I have worked with so far has offered to help in any way they can whenever I need it. There is also plenty of opportunity to learn and take on new challenges. Overall, this company really promotes work life balance and people care about others being successful!

Cons

The only con is not working in person with my team members as we are spread across multiple states.
