Pros
Opportunity to work on a number of different parts of the brand including packaging, environmental graphics, photo direction, digital assets such as banner ads, website assets and contributing to app development. I negotiated a significant bump in salary which served as a nice stepping stone in my career trajectory.
Cons
A lot of cooks in the kitchen. Very hard to maintain any sense of autonomy. My immediate supervisor was an extreme micro-manager and would frequently rework my projects over weekends–I'd return to work on a Monday to find new reworked projects. Very funky morale. It was rare for upper management to even acknowledge "worker bees".
