After the acquisition everything went down the drain. An absolutely poor merger with SnapOne with no information or guidance. I believe they are purposely be horrible so that we quit and they don't have to pay severance. The good thing with Snap were benefits and PTO. They are gutted that and gave us less PTO with more red tape to get a day off; as well as jacked up the price for benefits that would've been $800 per month. On the flipside of that, Snap's commission structure and pay were abysmal and Resideo saw that and kept it as it was so they wouldn't have to pay us. There is no room for growth, they do not give you any feedback on how to further your career, and ask more and more of you but pay you less. I have worked here for close to 10 years and for the past 3 years i have been getting paid less and less even though my sales were higher each year. No one in this company cares about the employees. There is no way around it. If this company continues down this path they will not survive. Already countless members of the team have left to competitors. PLEASE head my words and DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They will make your life harder. There really is no benefit to work for this greedy, cheap company
