Pros

Working here started as a positive experience, with talented and dedicated team members who supported each other. The company initially provided ample opportunities for professional growth and development, fostering a collaborative environment with innovative projects and cutting-edge technology. Work-life balance was genuinely prioritized, with comprehensive benefits and salaries making us feel valued. Leadership used to appreciate hard work and maintained clear, transparent communication. The diverse and inclusive culture made everyone feel welcome, complemented by lots of resources. However, recent changes have shifted the focus away from these positive aspects, impacting the overall experience.

Cons

The company has undergone significant changes recently, and unfortunately, not for the better. Leadership has shifted focus from supporting employees to purely maximizing profits, leading to a noticeable decline in the company's integrity and values. Top talent and key team members, who were once the backbone of our collaborative environment, have left. Their departure has resulted in a drop in morale and productivity. What used to be a supportive and collaborative atmosphere now feels competitive and hostile. Opportunities for professional growth have become scarce. Career advancement now seems more about who you know rather than what you achieve, with office politics overshadowing merit. Work-life balance, once a strong point, has deteriorated. Increased expectations and workload have led to burnout among employees. Comprehensive benefits have been reduced, and salaries no longer reflect market rates or the value of employees' contributions. Communication from leadership has become opaque and inconsistent. Decisions are made without considering employee feedback, leading to a growing disconnect between management and staff. The company's diverse and inclusive culture, which once made everyone feel welcome, has suffered. Resources and support for these initiatives have dwindled. Anything that doesn't directly increase the bottom line at the moment is being thrown out. A particularly troubling trend is the weekly firing of employees, creating a climate of fear and insecurity. Simultaneously, employees are leaving week after week to join competitors or pursue other opportunities because the company has failed to retain them. Promises of raises have been broken. Many people didn't receive the raises they were promised, and those who did were given much less than expected at the last moment, leading to widespread dissatisfaction. IT, Sales, Management, and HR departments are frequently dropping the ball, exacerbating the company's downward spiral. A significant amount of time is wasted on unproductive activities instead of engaging with new and existing clients. Overall, the atmosphere has become toxic, with fear and uncertainty replacing the previous sense of belonging and purpose.
