Pros
Co-workers in the Lindon office are the best thing about this company! They are friendly, laid back and fun. They provide snacks in the kitchen and are very family oriented.
Cons
They are a small company trying to make it big but are struggling internally as they try to target larger audiences. There is poor communication between sales, clients, managers, trainers, implementation staff so things are promised to clients that internally they aren't structured to handle. Employees wear multiple hats and some are very overworked. Often you'll work late into the night, weekends to resolve issues that come from lack of planning and poor communication. ResMan tries to market themselves as "fun" but internally many employees are unhappy with the evolving work culture. There is a lack of unity between the offices even though they say they are like "family." This leads to frustration, gossip, and tension between the offices. Practice some questionable ethics in regards to the HR department and leadership.
