Pros
The main reason that made me decide to join ResMed is the leadership. The leaders in ResMed are all amazingly approachable, down-to-earth and at the same time, very technical and visionary. The leaders are very on top of the industry trends. They have created an environment that makes data scientists and developers can focus on what they're good at and not afraid to provide feedback based on our expertise.
Cons
I joined at a time when there's a lot of reorg and during covid. So I can feel the uncertainty from the other current employees and it's hard to really know each other with everything virtual. As 3 months passed by, it's still a little unclear with career path or how performance is reviewed. The ERG culture is also just budding so finding resources for career development is a little bit hard.
