      Pros

      The company offers good benefits, smart employees, plenty of time off and quarterly happy hours. HR is attentive and cares about it's employees.

      Cons

      The company hasn't caught up to its size. There isn't a lot of room for career growth, the pace of work is slow, there is a lot of redundancy and it takes a long time for anything to happen.
