      - Great, talented bunch of people - Lot's of opportunities for young, talented, people - Great to work for a company improving peoples lives - Great flexibility - Generally look after people well

      Cons

      - Can be a bit bureaucratic - Can be hard to progress career in technical fields. Senior positions locked out due to low turnover. - Can be a little bit over the top with belonging, inclusion, and diversity effort. But heart is in the right place

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
