      -Great employee benefits and decent salaries.

      Cons

      -silos -poor communication -no work/life balance -yearly layoffs -not a supportive or collaborative environment -limited growth opportunities -nobody listens to your concerns and the annual surveys are a joke- they are used for vanity reasons, no real action takes place

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
