      Old boys club, management tend to hire folks who gave some impetus and leave in 1-2 years so that they continue to survive and thrive. Lack strategy and execution, surviving on device business due to various regulations and high entry barrier, poor on digital technology

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
