      -Good culture and nice office in one north -Good company growth -Above average salary (slightly)

      Cons

      -Very small salary increment -Career progression is very slow, unless you are favored by higher management -The management seems not so comfortable to encourage job rotation -Some politics -Benefits not as good as other med-tech companies

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
