      - good work life balance for the most part - good people to work with - challenging work - okay pay (not Silicon Valley, but good_ - all remote, but office in san diego if interested - good severance

      - Company Execs dont have an idea of what they are doing i think.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
