      1. Micro management is everywhere. 2. Everyone wants to save their back and always shifts the blame to other teams. 3. No proper planning/knowledge on the tech stack they choose.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
