Pros

Morale of the company was good at the beginning but the longer you stay the more it starts to feel like another call center. Offers good benefits and RRSP matching but they're only looking out for profits in the end. Wages are not great..

Cons

It's a call center. Unless you're designing and fixing the hardware, you're basically a desk junkie.

Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

Cons

The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.

Staff is friendly Good pay for internship

Cons

Management has very poor communication Main team is friendly but supervisors can be rude at times
