      Pros

      You can make a positive impact on millions of patients around the world. Good benefits (Pay, leave and stock options)

      Cons

      Can get boring sometimes. Technical foundation is very old and no room for innovation, so hard to make changes. Knowledge sharing culture is non-existent (probably due to redundancies, so it increases institutional knowledge silos being created)

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
