Pros
A lot of people working at the company were nice. It felt like being in a small town- for an international company, everyone seemed to know everyone. The location was great, and I liked the cafeteria.
Cons
My first few weeks at the company, both of my direct supervisors were in and out traveling. The girl who I replaced barely gave me any direction or training, and I was just expected to know how to do things without being told how. Sure, I had Concur experience, but the company I was at previously used the system differently than ResMed did, And how was I supposed to know that? I didn't. I wasn't trained on company policies and procedures- I had a full day training on my first day with other new hires as an orientation to the company, and then that was that. I genuinely felt I was set up to fail. The culture is very clique-y. I was fortunate that I already knew one person working there, but I found it difficult to make new friends and get to know people because everyone already had their own groups. It didn't feel very welcoming.
