      -Not a place for people that want to punch the clock -Needs more focus on process and project management to keep up with constant growth -Teams run lean at times

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
