      Working at ResMed has been an incredible experience. The company culture is supportive and inclusive, with excellent communication channels. I love my boss and team, who are both skilled and caring. ResMed offers numerous development opportunities and competitive pay and benefits. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rewarding career.

      Just like every company, there are challenges that we experience. The collaboration and high degree of trust in each other helps us overcome any challenge we may face.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
